The first Mike's Mexican Restaurant opened in March of 2000 in Higashi
Rinkan, Japan. Today we have 10 Restaurant, 8 in Japan - Higashi ringkan,
Sagamino, Sasebo, Iwakuni, 2 in Okinawa, Misawa and the newest in Yokohama
Japan. We have 2 in Thailand - Pattaya and Phuket.
Our food is simple and fresh! nothing is frozen or canned! We are asked
many times why don't you have this item or that? The answer is simple.
If we can't make it fresh every mornig and sell out at night, we won't
make it! We don't like microwave ovens or frozen food.
We import our Mexican dried Chili's from America (very expensive) for our
spicy Sauce (not very spicy but beautiful flavor).
Shopping is done every morning. Cooking and preparation begins at 9.00am
everyday 7 day a week!
Our Margarita mix is homemade not from a powder or bottled juice. Hundreds
and hundreds of limes are hand squeezed every week.
Our Quacamole is made fresh when you order (not made in advance).
Chips are made when you order, hot and fresh.
We use the finest sirlion for our shedded beef and fajitas.
